Daniels Named VP for Enrollment Management at Young Harris College

MACON, GA, August 30, 2016 — Young Harris College appoints Clayton P. Daniels to the position of Vice President for Enrollment Management. He brings more than 15 years of experience in admissions and enrollment to this leadership role at the college in North Georgia.

Daniels has served as Assistant Vice President for Enrollment Management at the College of Coastal Georgia since 2011. He was Director of Admissions at Georgia College and State University, Milledgeville, prior to joining Coastal Georgia. Previously, he was Dean of Admissions and Financial Aid for two years at Kentucky Wesleyan College in Owensboro and served for seven years in various admissions roles at Mercer University, culminating as Assistant Vice President of University Admissions.

Earlier in his career, he was an Assistant Golf Professional at Camden Country Club, 1990-98, and the General Manager and Head Golf Professional at Golf Club of Macon, 1998-99.

A graduate of Mercer University, Daniels holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in history and political science.
