Suzanne’s career has included Partner, C-Level and Vice President roles in leading consulting and professional services firms. Suzanne is a hands-on leader who can quickly assess the marketing, operational and organizational implications of strategic challenges and develop credibility and trust to create action. She is skilled at how to strategically and tactically drive results, as well as the business processes and organizational structure required to sustain them.

Suzanne holds a Bachelor of Fine Art degree from the Savannah College of Art and Design. She is a proud former volunteer for Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) and currently volunteers with the Alzheimer’s Association.

Dwain Celistan

Dwain serves as Managing Partner and Leader of the Global Diversity Practice for DHR in the firm’s Chicago office. He has conducted searches for senior leaders across a range of firms and industries.

Prior to recruiting, Dwain held senior marketing, sales and general management positions in the U.S. and U.K. for large firms in the consumer, industrial and retail arenas. He was Vice President of Marketing and Sales with a staff of nearly 100 professionals and a budget of $100MM, and Senior Vice President of Marketing for a $1B division. During his career he has saved declining businesses and accelerated the growth of businesses in multiple roles.

Dwain’s clients have included over 25 fortune 500 firms, an assortment of family-owned, private equity-backed firms and universities. His consultative approach and significant corporate leadership experience have helped clients refine their position specifications and better clarify the “right” candidate.

Christine Greybe

President of DHR Leadership Consulting, Christine leads a global team of experts who help organizations identify and develop executives who are ready to take on high-stakes, high-pressure and high-complexity decisions. As an executive search consultant, she helps public and private companies recruit leaders across the C-suite and board and for key functional roles.

Christine joined DHR in 2004 as the Managing Director of Asia-Pacific and has held roles of increasing corporate responsibility, including as a member of the board of directors, President and Head of Global. Her services include assessment and coaching, succession planning, team effectiveness, onboarding and DE&I.

During a key period of growth for the firm, Christine led the expansion of DHR’s brand globally, opening offices in Australia, China, Dubai, Hong Kong, India, Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Thailand and Singapore, and supported growth into Europe and LATAM. More recently, she has been a part of the acquisition team providing strategic direction for international operations.

Christine has been quoted in business media including Bloomberg TV, CCTV, China Business News, CNBC Asia, Nikkei Financial Daily, Reuters, Shanghai Business Review and The Wall Street Journal. She was born in South Africa and has a Diploma of Higher Education from Rhodes University. She is fluent in English and Afrikaans and resides between South Africa and Los Angeles with her husband.
