Hunt Scanlon Media’sSilver Linings: Reimagining How We Attract, Build, Retain & Engage our Workforce After 2020

May 11th - 12:00pm EDT

A company’s productivity, profitability, and long-term success is closely linked to not just headcount, but the right headcount. This is why the war for top talent has been a battle for years – long before a pandemic. Yet, strategies for winning the war for talent today look considerably different than they did prior to 2020 and many of today’s conversations amongst business leaders are about why.

We invite you to join JM Search along with a diverse panel of C-level executives on May 11th for an engaging webinar discussion about the unique opportunities and silver linings that have surfaced following the events of 2020. During the webinar, our speakers will share why they have re-evaluated their business and supporting talent strategies in recent years, and how this reassessment has been a catalyst for reimagining how we attract, build, retain, and engage our workforce today.

Topics to be discussed include:

  • Silver linings of the pandemic that are serving as a catalyst for organizational and cultural change
  • How a greater emphasis on connectivity by job seekers and employers is influencing talent strategies
  • The role that company culture and shared values play in both recruitment and retention strategies
  • How the roles of c-suite leaders have evolved to meet the new priorities/demands of today’s workforce

There will be an opportunity for audience members to put their questions to panel members and join the conversation.
