Wilton & Bain Expands Global Interim Practice

June 5, 2025 – Wilton & Bain has added Jack Syred as partner in the firm’s global interim practice. Mr. Syred has over 15 years of experience executive interim and search. He has built a network of interim chief transformation officers and transformation directors – alongside functional experts – who support funds and portfolio leadership through growth, restructuring, integration, and operational improvement. His primary focus is on delivering senior leadership for Pan-European portfolio companies.
Previously, Mr. Syred led the Pan-European interim management transformation and value creation function at a prominent Private Equity focused search firm, where he partnered with leading PE investors and portfolio business board members to deliver complex change through best-in-class interim talent. His approach is rooted in a deep understanding of the demands of private equity environments – speed, execution, and results.

Wilton & Bain Appoints Managing Partners

Ms. Robb has extensive experience in the North American financial advisory market and specializes in helping professional services firms scale within specialist verticals. Her expertise in finance hiring for CFOs will also strengthen Wilton & Bain’s presence across both Europe and the U.S.
Prior to joining Wilton & Bain, Ms. Robb worked across North America and Europe, delivering human capital advisory services and solutions to a broad spectrum of clients—from specialist boutiques to some of the world’s largest professional services firms. She led team transitions and small acqui-hires onto new platforms, as well as executing high-profile executive search mandates in financial advisory, M&A, corporate strategy, and development. Ms. Robb most recently served as associate partner with Eastward Partners.
