OSTON, MA – Suffolk Construction, a national construction management firm, has appointed Bryan Grassing as their new SVP of People & Culture. This critical search was led and placed by Founder & CEO, Tom Christopher, and Managing Partner, Ayla Maloney.
Mr. Grassing brings over 12+ years of experience from Bergelectric Corp., Kiewit, and most recently Skanska.
Bryan will have accountability for creating measurable value through and for people across the organization. Specifically, he will be partnering with the Executive Leadership teams to offer successful business solutions that improve safety, culture, and overall people experience. In this pivotal role, Grassing will be responsible for actively shaping and architecting compelling talent strategies that will transform and improve the operating fundamentals of the enterprise, helping build an agile organization that is positioned to penetrate existing markets, ultimately doubling in size and delivering on Suffolk Construction’s mission to transform the industry.
