An initial investment (engagement fee) is due at search inception with the majority of the placement fee due after the placed candidate commences work for your company. Fees can be based on an agreed flat amount or expressed as a percentage of annual income. For Engaged Search, GeneCoda® offers an extended 180 day guarantee period to ensure your satisfaction.
