Alane Baranello & Associates is a boutique search firm that places experienced Human Resources professionals nationally across industries. We partner with clients to identify, source, and hire top-tier talent that meet their needs and culture, and exceed goals long after placement is complete. Over the past 15 years, we have placed over 180 impactful HR and Marketing/Communications leaders. We are dedicated to assisting our clients in constructing teams that embody a broad range of experiences and perspectives. Alane Baranello, a recognized and respected former senior HR executive with a track record of building and running successful HR organizations, brings seasoned experience to search. Prior to starting this firm, she spent 25+ years as an HR professional, the last 10 managing the HR function. She is also a graduate of Cornell University with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and a Master’s degree in Industrial and Labor Relations.
