With more than 15 years of healthcare sector and executive search experience, Tricia works closely with all types of hospitals and health systems, including academic medical centers, medical groups, and community health centers. She is a trusted and knowledgeable partner, helping her clients identify and attract the strategic, operational, and clinical leaders who will help guide them smoothly through the transformational healthcare landscape. Before her executive search profession, Tricia immersed herself within the healthcare sector, directing client services at the Stowe Group, a healthcare IT consulting organization that serves provider organizations, health plans, and healthcare IT vendors. She was responsible for managing client relationships with Stowe group’s strategic customers. Previously, Tricia was an account executive in the Connected Care and Analytics division at the noted healthcare consulting group, McKesson, helping provider organizations, ACOs, and health plans drive their population health initiatives. Before McKesson, Tricia worked at IMS Health, MedVentive, and the Lewin Group in Washington, D.C. She began her career in the Managed Care Finance Department at Boston Children’s Hospital. Tricia earned a B.S. in Health Policy Management from Providence College, Providence, R.I. She also holds an M.S. in Health Policy Management from the Harvard School of Public Health, Boston.
