Tony Horton serves as the global chair of the risk practice at N2Growth. One of today’s foremost thinkers on risk competencies and how to drive organizational change, Tony is a former member of the Australian Defense Force’s, and is trained in Kidnap prevention and hostage negotiation. Tony has completed 11 Ironman Triathlons and three Ultraman Triathlons.
For over 25 years, he has helped his clients re-imagine the way they work by turning risk into opportunity. Tony is the architect of N2Growth’s proprietary Agile Risk Competency Framework (ARCF) and has developed risk-based competency systems to ISO Standards.
Tony has worked across 5 continents including remote and high risk locations such as Central Mexico, South America, Sierra Leone and Democratic Republic of Congo. Tony has served as the lead trainer for the United Nations rescue personnel from Turkey, Singapore, South Africa and Australia in USAR, RAR and Heavy Rescue.
