Dr. Tondrika Dilligard is an experienced higher education professional, having served as a Program Chair and an undergraduate faculty member. She brings diverse knowledge in teaching, program administration and management, advising, retention, student success, and accreditation. Dr. Dilligard has worked at public and private institutions at the community college and four-year levels. Prior to her career in higher education, Dr. Dilligard was a small business owner and held positions within the State and Federal government. She held the position of Information Security Officer at the Department of Veterans Affairs and Clerk at Georgia Department of Transportation. Dr. Dilligard also served in the U.S. Army and Georgia Army National Guard.
Dr. Dilligard holds a Doctor of Business Administration degree from Northcentral University. She earned her Master of Business Administration and Master of Information Systems Management degrees from Keller Graduate School of Management, and her B.S. in Computer Information Systems degree from DeVry University.
