Managing Partner

Supriya serves as Managing Partner in the firm’s Singapore and Mumbai offices and drives the strategic growth and development of the Life Sciences practice group across Asia Pacific and the Middle East while working very closely with the teams throughout various countries globally. She comes with over 25 years of executive experience, over 20 of which have been in executive search.

Supriya has vast experience in the recruitment of senior leadership (predominantly CXO levels) with early stage as well as established companies in the life sciences and healthcare industries and in the industrial space focusing on clean technology, engineering and infrastructure. She is a proven leader who has delivered top executive talent in support of numerous companies in the pharmaceutical, healthcare technology, medical devices, diagnostics and CRO space as well as in the renewable energy, T&D and infrastructure industries. With her consultative approach, Supriya is very well-networked into organizations globally and is highly regarded for her cross-geographic work on key technical searches across R&D, regulatory affairs, commercial, manufacturing, strategy development and SCM in the life sciences and industrial spaces. She has helped place executives in functional leadership and general management positions for C-level as well as senior management roles in public, private, MNC and private equity backed firms.

Prior to joining DHR, Supriya served for over a decade with one of India’s largest recruitment and selection firms where she managed the client relationships and execution across a breadth of industries (engineering, chemicals, consumer, textile). She also had the opportunity as the National Practice Head to build the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare and Life Sciences practice from the ground up, partnering with numerous MNCs and with Indian companies looking to go international.

Supriya is an Engineering graduate and worked with Siemens in the R&D department before embarking on a career in talent management consulting and executive search.
