Steven Landberg is the Managing Director of Claymore Partners for over 12 years. He has over 25 years of global executive search, organizational and management consulting experience in financial services. Previously, he was a Managing Director and SVP of a top 20 executive search firm. Steve served as a Financial Services Partner with Gemini Consulting, Nextera, and Sibson Consulting where he provided organizational, strategic management, and process design consulting services to global financial services, healthcare, PE/VC clients. He was also an SVP with Citicorp leading their insurance and asset management businesses throughout Asia Pacific. He was also a Business Development Manager with GE Capital as well as a Marketing Director at PepsiCo. His global experience includes having lived in Singapore as a Regional Manager covering fifteen Asian countries as well as significant consulting assignments throughout Japan, Europe, Canada, South and Central America.

Mr. Landberg has been published in leading trade journals including SHRM, Staffing Magazine, Hunt Scanlon, and Bests Review as well as being a contributing author to the book Integrated Direct Marketing. He has served as an Expert Panel Member for the Human Capital Institute, is a founding Partner in the Center for Global Workforce Excellence, and is a member of SHRM, HROA, and Planning Forum. Steve holds a BS from Lehigh University and an MBA from Columbia University.
