Stephen Buchanan

Stephen is a Partner with LPA Search Partners and works in London. He has over 15 years’ experience delivering executive searches across Europe and beyond for the professional services industry. He has conducted numerous global engagements for executive positions at management consulting, IT services and outsourcing companies in western and Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Africa, South America, and Asia.

Additionally, Stephen has developed, built and managed multi-sector research teams. He supervises an experienced multilingual staff capable of identifying and sourcing candidates in over 70 countries around the world. He sits on the Committee of the Executive Research Association, an industry professional body, which promotes excellence and supports members in sourcing global talent.

He has an MA in geography from Cambridge University.
