Stepan has a two-decade track record in business process management across multiple sectors. After his studies, he spent five years conducting a wide range of projects and promotional campaigns in a leading Czech marketing and media agency. Then he extended his reach to an international level running cutting-edge projects for a premium luxury chandelier producer before he fell in love with the talent industry where he remained until today, mostly being in charge of a global business process and key account management. Stepan holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and Management from Charles University in Prague, the Czech Republic.
