Shelby Kealy

Shelby Kealy joined The Advocates in 2011 and she serves as a search consultant focusing on lateral placements. Prior to joining the Advocates she was a Finance and Production Consultant for a multi-million dollar energy corporation and was the Marketing Director for a local start-up.

Before she entered the corporate world, she gained experience recruiting as a Division I collegiate basketball coach both at Lafayette College and her alma mater The University of Denver. Shelby’s strong background in recruiting, personnel management, marketing and leadership make her a great addition to the distinguished Advocate team. She enjoys helping candidates and clients find the right long term fit both practice-wise and culturally.

Shelby graduated from the University of Denver with a BSBA in Business with an emphasis in Marketing. At DU, she was a four-year letter winner and team captain for the women’s basketball program.
