Sarah Beraki

Sarah Beraki serves as Vice President, Executive Search at Campbell & Company. She has led organizations and individuals in boosting performance by leveraging technology, innovation, and human-centered design to ensure client’s needs are met and that growth is sustainable. Sarah has worked with leaders and organizations across the country, and her background spans organizational development, sustainability, intercultural development, leadership, DEIA (diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility), and more. She takes pride in consulting for organizations, supporting their growth, and guiding them in hiring and developing strategic, visionary leaders.

Prior to joining Campbell & Company, Sarah served in executive leadership roles such as Vice President of Talent & Culture and Vice President of DEI & Alumni Programs. During her time working in Washington, D.C. and Philadelphia, PA, she partnered with staff, leaders, and students at 80+ colleges and universities across the country to increase college and career attainment. She enjoys collaborating with others to achieve shared goals and has consistently partnered with public and corporate partners, boards, executive leaders, and others to increase revenue and amplify social impact.

Sarah currently serves on the Board of Directors for the University of Minnesota Alumni Association and is President of the University of Minnesota’s Black Alumni Network. She loves to travel, is passionate about sustainable growth and development on the continent of Africa, and is excited to partner with more NGOs, IGOs, and organizations whose missions align.

She received her M.S.Ed. in Higher Education from the University of Pennsylvania and B.A. from the University of Minnesota. She majored in Anthropology, with a sociocultural and business focus. She is also a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), assessing and growing intercultural development at both the individual and organizational level.
