Sanjay Sama is a Vice President with Kingsley Gate Partners. As an executive business development leader in the technology enabled services space, Sanjay has crafted go-to-market and growth agendas, has shaped and successfully driven transformational, mutual value-generating relationships, and has built and led world-class sales teams to help industry disrupters transform their global businesses. Throughout his career, he has gained the trust of C-level stakeholders across multiple industries, including CPG, retail, high tech, banking & financial services and professional services.
Prior to joining Kingsley Gate Partners, Sanjay was the Head of Sales for Capgemini’s Business Services where he led the strategy and implementation for growth for the Americas where he built top-tier sales teams, drove a multi-faceted, programmatic demand generation program and helped carve and drive partnerships focused on automation/RPA/AI. Previously he was with GE-spinoff Genpact for over a decade as a Business Development Leader, crafting global strategic deals across industries, leading the transformation of the firm’s sales effectiveness, and subsequently heading the Americas go-to-market team for the Consumer Goods and Retail practice. Sanjay’s diverse professional experience includes various senior level business development, sales and risk underwriting roles with Fidelity National Information Systems, Wells Fargo and Bank of America. Sanjay is also active in the technology start-up space, advising various firms on their growth strategies.
Sanjay received his MBA in Finance from Virginia Polytechnic Institute—Pamplin College of Business and his BE from the University of Mumbai. He is based in our New York office.
