Sanjay Sama Joins Kingsley Gate Partners

Sama is a respected business development leader in the technology-enabled services space, having crafted go-to-market and growth agendas, driven transformational, mutual value-generating relationships, and built and led world-class sales teams to transform the global businesses of industry disruptors.

Prior to joining Kingsley Gate Partners, Sama served with Capgemini as the Head of Sales for Business Services for the Americas. Previously, Sama spent over a decade at Genpact as a Business Development Leader, crafting global strategic deals across industries, leading the transformation of the firm’s sales effectiveness, and subsequently heading the Americas go-to-market team for the Consumer Goods & Retail practice. Earlier in his career, Sama held various senior level business development and risk management roles with Fidelity, Wells Fargo and Bank of America. Sama is also active in the technology start-up space, currently advising various early-stage firms on their growth strategies.

Sama earned his MBA from Virginia Polytechnic Institute, with a dual concentration in finance and marketing, and Bachelor of Engineering, Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
