Sandra is a partner at Hanold Associates where she focuses on the recruitment of Chief Human Resource Officers, Chief People Officers, and Chief Diversity Officers across industries as well as the recruitment of VP-level leaders across Total Rewards, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging. She has served public, private, and private equity clients with a recent sample client list including ConAgra Brands, FactSet, Newell Brands, Federal Reserve Bank of NY, Kaiser Permanente, Huron Consulting, MassMutual, US Steel and Red Hat.
Prior to joining Hanold Associates, Sandra was an Executive Recruiter for Korn Ferry where she specialized in the recruitment of Chief Financial Officers and finance executives. She acquired her professional foundation in International Sales and Finance for industrial manufacturer, Oshkosh Corporation (NYSE: OSK) and as a member of the International Sales Team at the P/E held commercial laundry manufacturer, Alliance Laundry Systems. She lived and worked in Mexico City for over two years.
She later shifted to market research and professional services where she led Business Development and Client Management across all of Latin America for Euromonitor International and CEB, now Gartner. Sandra earned her MBA, BBA in Finance, and BA in Spanish from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.
She enjoys traveling internationally, reading non-fiction, volunteering, and taking full advantage of Chicago city living with her family.
