Sally Drexler is a Partner in Odgers Berndtson’s Los Angeles office and is considered a media, entertainment, and consumer technology expert. Sally has over 19 years of international experience finding top talent for companies ranging from traditional media and entertainment to video/mobile gaming to new digital platform and technology companies, including VR/AR. She has extensive experience in recruiting Board Members, C-Suite Executives, Innovation Leaders, and HR Executives. Her clients range across Fortune 500, venture capital, and private equity-backed companies.
Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, she was the President of Norman Broadbent USA and Co-Lead of the Global Chief Digital Officer Practice. Her career began as legal counsel in the media industry, holding positions within one of the major UK broadcasters as well as a leading independent production company. Sally is a member of the Exceptional Women Awardees Foundation’s (EWA) Cohort of Women Leaders for 2020. She is an involved member of Step-Up Women’s Network, a national not-for-profit organization that mentors and works with high school girls in underserved communities, and an inaugural member of Allbright USA, a network and community connecting women in business.
Sally was born and educated in the UK, graduating from the University of Manchester with BA (Hons), and receiving an LLB degree (Commendation) from the College of Law in London.
