Rocío Rufilanchas is a Vice President with Kingsley Gate Partners. Rocío brings over two decades of experience, more than half of it in search, having placed executives within the Consumer, Retail, Luxury, Hospitality, Leisure & Entertainment industries. She has substantial experience serving the ”C Suite,” recruiting senior-level leadership at prestigious large multinational corporations as well as at medium-sized family-owned companies.
Prior to joining Kingsley Gate Partners, Rocío was a Partner at Eurosearch (today Exec Avenue), where she conducted relevant searches mainly in the Retail, Consumer Goods, Hospitality and Industrial segments. In addition to providing executive search services, Rocío also worked with her clients providing leadership consulting and coaching.
Before that, Rocío was a Principal with Heidrick & Struggles, having joined in 2010 in their Madrid office. She later relocated to Zurich, where she served key clients both in Europe and globally in the Consumer Goods, Fashion and Luxury market segments. In addition to executive search services, Rocío also led consulting projects assisting clients in optimizing their talent management and organizational design.
Previously Rocío spent eight years in Human Resources, firstly at Sanofi-Aventis Spain and then as the Global Talent Management Director at Loewe (LVMH Group) where she led the design and implementation of talent acquisition and management strategies.
Rocío began her career in executive search with Heidrick & Struggles in 2001 as a Senior Associate working in the Consumer and Pharma practices.
Rocío earned her BA from CUNEF, Complutense University, Madrid. She also received a certificate in Executive Coaching from Escuela Europea de Coaching and is about to finish her practices to obtain the ACTP official accreditation by the International Coach Federation.
Rocío speaks fluent Spanish, French and English, and has a working knowledge of German too. She is based in our Madrid location.
