Rochelle advises boards of directors and chief executive officers in all aspects of leadership assessment, integration and long-term organization development. She is particularly adept at supporting senior leadership teams in the development of organizational capacity in order to support growth, build and strengthen teams, and meet performance potential.
Prior to joining the firm, Rochelle spent over 15 years facilitating whole system transformative processes with public and private companies across the consumer and service spectrum.
Rochelle is completing her doctorate in organization and human development at The George Washington University, focused on executive leadership, executive assessment, and organizational culture and change with an emphasis on leadership and organization growth.
Rochelle has a Master of Arts in Organization Development from Sonoma State University and an undergraduate degree in sociology from California State University, Stanislaus. She is also a member of the Organizational Development Network and the Academy of Management.
