Robert is the founder and managing director of Chapman Farrell Group. He is a leading executive recruitment expert with over 25 years of experience with major corporations such as United Parcel Service, The Hartford Financial Services Group, Aetna and Vanguard.

Robert has deep industry and functional knowledge and has built strong network of leaders and partners in his field of executive talent management. He launched Chapman Farrell Group, using his unique executive recruiting experiences and perspectives to offer uncommon partnership, insight and access to businesses and candidates in the financial services industry.

Global audiences and prestigious institutions have sought Robert’s expert advice as a panelist or speaker. He has also been quoted in “Finding Keepers,” a book published by Monster, Inc. on finding and recruiting the best talent, as well as, “Brand for Talent,” by Libby Sartain, co-author of “HR from the Heart.” Robert is also on the board of directors for LiveConnections, a local Philadelphia-based non-profit, which inspires learning & builds community through collaborative music-making.

Robert received his MBA and Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of New Haven.
