Rob Tillman

Rob is the President & CEO of TillmanPartners and a successful executive recruiter and certified executive coach having worked with Russell Reynolds Associates and
Korn Ferry and led TillmanCarlson and Crist Partners.

As the Founder and CEO of TillmanCarlson, Rob spent the last 16 years building one of the country’s leading executive search boutiques built on the guiding principles of transparency, authenticity, responsibility, and teamwork. As the Managing Partner of Crist Partners, Rob led the firm through its highly successful sale to Korn Ferry.

Over the last two decades, Rob has specialized in recruiting over 200 CFOs and CIOs, and now as a certified executive coach and recruiter, remains keenly focused on these markets. In addition, Rob has developed a powerful and practical approach to integrate assessment and coaching in every search, and he personally leads every project with passion, simplicity, and focus.

​Prior to beginning his career in executive search, Rob worked in public accounting having completed his undergraduate degree in accounting at the University of Illinois. Rob also completed his certification as an executive coach at The Hudson Institute, and is certified in the Hogan Assessments.
