Raymond J. Arroyo

Raymond Arroyo joined Chapman Farrell as a Managing Director in December 2017. He’s a former Managing Director and head of the Healthcare and Diversity Practices at Reffett Associates. Raymond is a fully bilingual leader with 25+ years of experience with Fortune 50 companies as a senior executive in both human resources and business roles.

Raymond was recognized as one of the 100 Most Influential Hispanic executives in the U.S. for two consecutive years and as a Maestro by Latino Leaders Magazine in 2017. Raymond served as the chief diversity officer for Aetna and has extensive experience in assessing talent needs and identifying the right talent amidst major corporate restructuring in consumer goods, professional and financial services, nonprofit, and healthcare sectors (including Aetna, Altria, Kraft Foods, Miller Brewing, HSBC, Domino Sugar, and PwC).

Raymond was chairman of the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and has served on the boards of numerous other non-profit boards, including National Hispanic Medical Association, The Wheeler Clinic, Hartford University, and Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities.

Raymond earned B.S. and M.S. degrees from New York University and earned a certificate from Harvard Business School on Corporate Governance: Leadership in the Boardroom.
