Randi has spent the last 18 years in retained executive search and has extensive experience identifying and recruiting top talent across a wide range of functions and industries, from C-level executives to mid-level managers. Randi is a passionate connector and her tenacious recruiting style enables her to consistently deliver high quality talent for MJS clients. Randi transitioned into executive search following a 10 year career in banking.
