Peter Uber is a Sales & Marketing practice leader with a focus on recruiting executives for client organizations in the Food & Beverage industry.

Peter solves his clients’ talent needs using Charles Aris Inc.’s 14-Step Priority Search Process and the decades of experience shared by his practice members. He joined the executive search firm with two decades of business experience in advertising, publishing and manufacturing. His experience and acquired knowledge base includes training, sales, marketing, sales management, business development and operations.

In his industry experience, Peter has held multiple roles including account executive, sales manager and director, and operations officer. His track record ranges from top account acquisition to business development, the latter through identifying new markets for company growth and then hiring, training and managing sales teams and marketing professionals in those markets. He transitioned into manufacturing and developed his operations skill set while furthering his core experience in business development and market expansion.

One of Peter’s proudest accomplishments has been applying his bachelor’s degree in education to investing in the lives of children. He has continued that passion through coaching youth sports, where you can usually find him with one of his three sons on the basketball court. Peter enjoys exercising, basketball, being outdoors and time with his German Shepherd, Greta. Peter most enjoys spending time and traveling with his wife Meredith. They have been happily married since 2000.
