His clients include Fortune 500, family-owned companies and private equity firms where he has developed deep expertise and built a strong long-term relationship with his clients which has been a key to his success.
Pascal is a trusted advisor and advises numerous clients on their leadership team, succession planning, management assessment and recruiting key people for strategic positions: CEO, COO, Board Member, CFO, CMO, Regional Managing Director, General Manager, Country Manager. Pascal also runs the Asia French Desk of DHR from Paris to Asia Pacific together with the DHR Asia team, helps French companies and French leaders to deliver a strong growth for their businesses.
Pascal has thus developed a solid track record with many clients in Shanghai, Pekin, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Seoul, Singapore. He leads domestic and cross-border searches for multinational and regional clients. Pascal brings more than 20 years of search experience and, has been active in both boutique and global executive search firms.
Pascal has acquired invaluable experience in talent detection and individual assessment, particularly in competitive markets. Pascal was previously a Partner at Neumann International, a leading player in the European market. He was in charge of both the Consumer/Retail and Technology practices. Pascal founded Crossway Management in 1994, a successful boutique executive search firm based in Paris.
He managed this firm for 15 years and established it as a leader in Consumer, Retail, Technology, Life Sciences, Industry. Prior to that, Pascal spent 10 years with Xerox Corporation in Sales, Marketing, and Management roles before founding Crossway Management. Pascal studied at Celsa Paris IV the Sorbonne for a Masters in Human Resources.
