Nicole E. Brown is the Director for Talent Leadership Services at Rudish Health. Hailing from Pittsburgh, PA, she began her career in retail management and operation as a Regional Manager for American Family Cookies.
She briefly transitioned to billing operation and accounts in Higher Education before serving for 8 years in the Human Resources Department at Saint Joseph’s University managing their talent acquisition and employee engagement areas. In addition, Nicole served on several institutional, local, and regional diversity, equity, and inclusion committees.
