Nick Ferrer’s staffing career began in 2010, working for a boutique agency as an IT technical recruiter. After working as a recruiter, Nick was promoted to Recruiting Manager where he worked with both clients as well as leading a team of technical recruiters.
In addition to his work helping clients fill their staffing needs, Nick also continued to recruit elite IT talent. He has worked with global Fortune 100 companies delivering large scale projects, as well as smaller and mid-sized companies looking for their next key hire. Nick places a high priority on relationships and that comes through in the quality of candidates he represents.
He has successfully completed assignments across a broad spectrum of roles including, but not limited to Software Engineers, Project Managers and Senior Level Management. Nick has experience working in both the Commercial and Federal fields, which includes placing cleared resources nationally and in the Metro DC area. Nick has a Bachelor’s Degree from Florida International University in Criminal Justice.
