Meri Miller

Meri Miller is a Managing Partner at Options Group. Meri joined the firm in 2006 and is based in the New York office. She has been instrumental over the past decade in assisting the leadership of global financial institutions and corporations to forensically analyze executive leadership qualities, cultural attributes and future potential in relation to talent strategy. As well as successfully delivering hundreds of talent engagements, Meri has partnered with some of the world’s most innovative companies to solve a multiplicity of complex talent and business challenges with assistance from the firm’s OGiQ unit. First and foremost, Meri has acted as a strategic advisor, providing key insight on all issues relating to executive assessment, on-boarding, inclusion and diversity management.

Prior to her current role, Meri held senior positions in global rates sales and trading. Her last role before joining our team was with Bank of America, where she was a Managing Director in Rates Sales focusing on Hedge Fund Coverage. Meri currently oversees our preeminent global macro business, providing insight and expertise to both bank and buy-side clients. She also works across the fixed income arena in credit, mortgages, EM, and FX. Her intimate understanding of the industry, along with her experience in serving the needs of the bank and hedge fund communities, has significantly broadened Options Group’s coverage of these markets.

Meri is a graduate of Boston University’s School of Management and has completed graduate coursework at NYU’s Stern School of Business.
