With over two decades of experience with a diverse medical health system, where she designed and led successful talent acquisition programs, MaryBeth ensures a results-driven and engaging experience for both her candidates and clients. Having personally recruited hundreds of healthcare professionals, including physician executive and administrative leaders, MaryBeth has a keen understanding of what it takes to build high-performing healthcare leadership teams.
She has also formed and overseen recruitment operations responsible for hiring more than 840 clinicians. As a result, she brings to her recruiting practice exceptional skill at hand-selecting healthcare leaders, as well as an analytic approach to the efficient sourcing of candidates and to the design of market-competitive employment offers that support successful executive hiring strategies.
Prior to joining Cejka Executive Search, MaryBeth served in leadership roles as regional director of physician recruitment for Providence Health & Services, as well as executive director of physician services and development for the entire Providence health system. She launched her career as a registered polysomnographic technologist and working in startup environments. MaryBeth is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC), and the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA).
Since 2012, she has served on the Executive Board of Trustees for Trillium Family Services, a not-for-profit organization, supporting the mental and behavioral health of children and teens in Oregon.
