Before joining Odgers Berndtson, Mary was a Management Consultant for Digital Transformation and Business Innovation. In her corporate roles, she was Vice President, Strategic Partner at NOKIA, tackling strategic issues identified by the CEO and the Board in the product portfolio, talent, and supply chain. At Royal Philips, she was globally responsible for business innovation, reporting to the CEO and the Board, creating new revenues and market channels for connected entertainment and healthcare device with telecom partners.
Mary is a board member and mentor. Her contributions include EICTA (Digital Europe), Philips Emerging Business and Corporate Technologies, Bell Labs, The US National Science Foundation, The Georgia Institute of Technology, Kennesaw University, Technology Accelerators, and Green Technology Startups.
She is an Italian American born in Peru and fluent in English, Spanish, French, and Portuguese. She earned a Bachelor is in Business Administration, an MBA in International Business, and a Certification in International Corporate Governance from INSEAD.
