Having begun her career in the financial sector, Marlene transitioned to freelance with Korn Ferry and built a successful consulting practice in partnering with human/social service, IDD, disease research & advocacy, environmental, education, primary healthcare, and Jewish communal organizations as well as with food banks, camps, and foundations. Today, she continues to provide optimal retained search services in vetting C, V, and D-level executives for complex mission-driven startups to large-scale, grantmaking, and chapter organizations with intricate programming. With extensive experience in mapping out organizational requirements, she is a creative guide and a strong client advocate. Marlene develops outreach strategies to connect with the best performers in the field, regionally, nationally, and globally.
