Marjorie Miller is a Principal at Frederickson Partners with over 20 years of experience in global executive search and talent acquisition in private equity, venture capital, technology and digital media industries. Most recently she has been responsible for building out next-generation talent ecosystems in PE/VC portfolio companies, and recruiting CEOs, CHROs, other C-level executives and boards of directors for high-growth emerging brands, startups and scale-ups.
Marjorie joined from MitchelLake Group in New York. As a Global Partner she led relationships and advised on talent buildouts for venture-backed startups. Her clients included Splitit, Mogul, Linius, Deliveroo, and EY. Marjorie also held senior talent acquisition roles at strategic advisory firm MediaLink and digital news startup Vocativ. She gained corporate recruiting experience from her time at Warner Media leading talent acquisition and executive recruiting across all brands and businesses. Marjorie started her career in executive search in both boutique and large global firms, with senior level positions at Norman Broadbent, Korn Ferry and Heidrick & Struggles.
Marjorie earned a B.A. with a double major in Studio Art and Art History at the University of Vermont. Outside of work, she volunteers for many New York arts, animal welfare and human services non-profit organizations such as Studio in a School and New York Cares. While not working, Marjorie enjoys as much of New York City’s vibrant art and theater as she can, in addition to travel, yoga and skiing the mountains in her home state of Vermont.
