Margo Lucero is a Vice President at Kingsley Gate Partners. In this role, Margo identifies world-class talent to fill senior management roles, including Board Members, CEOs, COOs, CFOs, and executives leading key functions and operations. Prior to joining Kingsley Gate Partners, Margo served as the SVP Corporate & International Development at JDRF International. In this role Margo was responsible for the overall corporate development strategy for the identification and solicitation of prospective national and global organizations through sponsorship, cause marketing and philanthropic development opportunities. Previously, Margo was the Vice President of Experiential Marketing, Business Development and Partnerships, for Susan G. Komen for the Cure®. In this role, she was responsible for the strategy, goals and objectives to support diversification and revenue growth from corporate and industry partners. In addition, Margo was responsible for Komen’s experiential programs and sports properties, including the Race for the Cure series and the Komen 3-Day, which resulted in more than $285 million annually for the organization. In addition to her work at Komen, Margo brings a wealth of marketing experience from a variety of roles at large corporations including AEGON USA, Austin-Tetra (a division of Equifax) and i2 Technologies, Inc.
