Margaret Gramann


Margaret brings expertise to consumer focused industry recruitment with two decades of public and private company senior-level general management and sales operations experience.

Margaret focuses on consumer driven industries that include corporations who are manufacturers and/or retail sellers of food, beverage, general merchandise, fashion, supplies, containers, equipment and mobile technology. She focuses on executive level, C-suite and board positions with specific proficiency in general management, operations, sales, and marketing searches.

Strategically grounded in consumer insight and digital solutions, Margaret leads with trust and transparency to engage employees and drive consistent performance and impact on the organization. She has significant M&A knowledge given her experience leading and integrating multiple multimillion-dollar acquisitions.

She is a respected advisor to CEOs and boards of directors. During her corporate career, Margaret has been responsible for multibillion-dollar P&Ls across several industries. Launching her career in beverages, she held roles of increasing responsibility at Coca-Cola and Pepsi, including SVP and General Manager of Pepsi’s $2B Great West Business Unit with 6,000 employees which

was one of 6 Business Units in North America. She then led the Pepsi NA field execution and capability agenda prior to segueing into retail as the SVP of National Sales & Customer Experience at $27B Sears and $6B Pulte Group. She was Head of Sales for Avon’s $1B flagship N.A. business.

Accountable to the CEO and Avon’s board, she aligned sales with business strategy to optimize performance. Under her leadership, she ignited the 350,000-person independent direct sales force to reverse years of profit declines. Margaret holds an MBA in Management from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Minnesota State University. She and her husband and middle school-age son reside in Atlanta.
