For more than 25 years, Lisa has partnered with organizations from nonprofits to global Fortune 100 companies to create dynamic, engaging cultures while optimizing individual, team and organization performance. She has deep expertise in organizational development, succession planning, leadership development, multi-source feedback, team development, talent assessment, and competency development. Lisa is also certified in Hogan, MBTI, DiSC and team development tools.
Prior to joining DHR’s Leadership Consulting, Lisa served as a co-owner and principal for Organizational Performance Consulting (OrgPC) firm as well as an adjunct faculty member at National Louis University, leading courses in the HR Master’s program.
Prior to OrgPC, Lisa held consulting management positions at Deloitte, Andersen, and Willis Towers Watson. While at those firms, Lisa made significant contributions to the global Human Capital and Change practices through thought leadership, client case studies, methodology development, and a commitment to transferring knowledge with clients and global partners. Lisa enjoys mentoring and is frequently asked to mentor students in Loyola University’s HR Masters Program and SHRM. She is also the past President of Chicago SHRM and active in local and national associations.
Lisa earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, a Master of Science in Organization Development from Loyola University and is a current Doctorate Candidate at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign pursuing Executive Human Resource Development.
Lisa resides in Glen Ellyn with her husband, two (typically) delightful teenagers and dog. When not attending volleyball tournaments, Lisa enjoys traveling, trying new classes at the health club and spending time with family and friends.
