As Senior Vice President, Talent Strategies, Lisa Carr leads the firm’s Talent Strategies Division, which focuses on identifying and building strong relationships with the healthcare industry’s top executive talent. An accomplished healthcare executive, Ms. Carr brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in talent acquisition and management, including the healthcare industry. Her diverse background includes supporting recruitment and human resources initiatives for large health systems and academic medical centers, as well as both not-for-profit and public organizations.
Ms. Carr excels at building high performance teams and aligning business strategies with talent acquisition and recruitment initiatives. She has successfully developed strategic plans to address workforce planning, internal succession management, and employment branding. Additionally, healthcare providers and candidates value her ability to quickly build strong, collaborative relationships.
Ms. Carr earned a Master of Business Administration from St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud. Minn., and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources and Personnel Administration from the University of Kansas in Lawrence.
