Lee-An Palo brings extensive executive recruitment experience across financial services, private equity, corporate services and the public sector, with a focus on market mapping and candidate development.
As a Senior Consultant at Massey Henry, Lee-An is a key member of the Search Delivery team, supporting Partners in developing and executing recruitment strategies for complex, high-impact leadership engagements.

Prior to joining Massey Henry, Lee-An served as a Senior Consultant within the executive search arm of a global consulting firm. Earlier in her career, she held a Recruiter role at a recruitment firm, specializing in bilingual placements across various industries.

Lee-An holds an Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management from George Brown College. Committed to advancing diversity and inclusion in leadership, she is pursuing the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation and has completed training in unconscious bias and reconciliation education.
