Layla Anderson is passionate about using data to create organizational change. She is an advocate for Women of Color and the inclusion of diverse identities and perspectives. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Spanish at Wellesley College before founding a Nonprofit to help Women of Color, seeking self-improvement, to find the personal and professional networks necessary for long term success. She is now a Master’s Degree Candidate at the University of Southern California studying Applied Organizational Psychology.
Networking, deep discussions, and brainstorming sessions are her strong-suit! She is passionate about travel, loves to cook and is highly motivated by food.
