Lawrence R. Noble serves as partner in the firm’s New York City office. Lawrence has over twenty-five years of diversified experience in Senior Management, Sales & Marketing Operations and Employee Development in various sectors including Financial Services, Insurance, Telecommunications, Nonprofit, and Information Technology.
Prior to joining DHR International, Lawrence most recently was Senior Vice President and General Manager with Straumann USA, a privately held Swiss company. At Straumann, he recruited, hired and managed Sales Associates, Regional Managers and Area Directors nationally throughout the United States.
Lawrence has been with DHR International in New York City for over sixteen years, and he spent the previous fifteen years in Washington, DC. Initially, he served on President Ronald Reagan’s re-election campaign in 1984 and went on to work in the State Department for the Agency for International Development. In addition, Lawrence then served President Reagan directly as a member of The White House during President Reagan’s second term.
Following his political/government career, Lawrence joined Spaulding and Slye Commercial Real Estate in Washington, DC gaining extensive experience in Real Estate Leasing, Sales & Finance. Lawrence joined DHR International “as a result of DHR’s truly unique philosophy within the executive search industry and their dedication to quality. DHR understands that the art of any deal requires flexibility,” says Noble “whereas many other top search firms are overly structured and tend to get caught up in details, losing sight of the ultimate goal.”
Lawrence received a Bachelor’s degree from Denison University in 1984 and is involved in several charitable and foundation activities. Lawrence currently resides with his wife Sandy and their two boys in Darien, Connecticut.
