Lawrence R. Noble serves as Partner in the firm’s New York City office and is a member of DHR’s Private Equity Practice Group.
Within DHR’s Private Equity Practice Group, Lars is primarily focused on “C-Level” search assignments – CEO’s, CFO’s, COO’s, CTO’s and CMO’s, as well as Senior Sales and Marketing Executives and Board Directors – both for Profit and Nonprofit.
Lars has over thirty years of diversified experience in Senior Management, Sales & Marketing Operations and Employee Development in various sectors including Private Equity, Financial Services, Insurance, Industrial, Telecommunications, Retail, Nonprofit, and Information Technology. Prior to joining DHR International, Lars most recently was Senior Vice President and General Manager with Straumann USA, a privately held Swiss company. At Straumann, he recruited, hired and managed Sales and Marketing Managers nationally throughout the United States.
Lars has been with DHR International in New York City for 20 years, and he spent the previous fifteen years in Washington, DC. Initially, Lars served on President Ronald Reagan’s re-election campaign in 1984, and he then went on to work in the State Department for the Agency for International Development. In addition, Lars then served President Reagan directly as a member of The White House during President Reagan’s second term.
Following his political/government career, Lars joined Spaulding and Slye Commercial Real Estate in Washington, DC gaining extensive experience in Real Estate Leasing, Sales & Finance.
Lars joined DHR International as a result of DHR’s truly unique philosophy within the executive search industry and their unsurpassed commitment to quality. “DHR understands that the art of any deal requires flexibility,” says Noble “whereas many other top search firms are overly structured and tend to get caught up in details, losing sight of the ultimate goal.”
Lars received a Bachelor’s degree from Denison University in 1984 and is involved in several charitable and foundation activities, serving on the Foundation Board of Stamford Hospital for the past 10 years.
Lars currently resides with his wife Sandy and their two boys in Darien, Connecticut.
