Lana Radosavljevic, CDR (she/her/hers)

Bringing more than ten years of nonprofit and education experience, Lana joins Cook Silverman as our Senior Search Administrator. Most recently Lana held leadership positions at USAHello, a nonprofit providing free education and resources to immigrant populations. Previously, Lana was a job coach at Upwardly Global where she helped immigrant IT and healthcare professionals find new career paths in the U.S. While supporting immigrants and refugees, Lana spoke at various conferences, sharing resources, inclusion strategies, and her own experience as a former refugee. She is an AIRS© Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter.

Lana began her career as an early childhood educator at Children’s Creative Learning Centers, where she created play-based curriculum for multilingual classrooms.

Lana received her B.A. in Psychology from California University, Chico and her M.A. in Organizational Leadership from Brandman University. During her studies, she worked on projects supporting varied populations including seniors, children, and veterans.

Originally from the former Yugoslavia, Lana has lived in Northern California since childhood and currently resides in San Francisco. Lana is passionate about battling food waste and insecurity and is a volunteer with Food Runners and Shanti Project. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, gardening, and being outdoors.
