Kimber McFadden

Kimber joined the Rush & Company recruiting team in 2012 and now directs the Nonwovens and Industrial Textiles division. After a very successful real estate career where she created and managed sales teams for national and custom home builders she has transferred her skill set to the recruiting industry. Connecting satisfied buyers with homebuilders, from entry level to multimillion dollar estates, has transitioned most effectively into finding the right candidates for her clients. She has created a very strong network in a niche market that continues to grow and thrive.

Kimber received a Bachelor of Arts in French from the University of South Carolina. Growing up on the coast in South Carolina she loves time spent on or near the water and traveling to wonderful new places!
