Kevin Bennett, an award-winning educator and leader, brings over 15 years of educational expertise and perseverance to his work as an Senior Executive Search Consultant for G/A&A. While serving as a constant advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion, Bennett has held several educational leadership roles.
His leadership roles in education vary from K-12 district level senior administrator, executive leadership coach, principal and adjunct professor for a Graduate School of Education. Bennett presents regionally, nationally and internationally sharing his understanding of issues on diversity, equity and inclusion in education and community contexts.
His passion for education and equal opportunity is present in the diverse candidate pools he generates and the guidance he provides to clients and search committees. Bennett also has experience serving on several non-profit boards within the community.
Bennett received a B.A. in sociology from Drake University and a M.Ed. in educational administration and supervision from Loyola University of Chicago.
