Kate Rogers

Kate is the Executive Assistant and Office Manager for the Caliber Associates West Coast office. She works directly with the CEO to maintain office efficiency through consistent communication, prompt scheduling, and meticulous organization. She is responsible for managing client and candidate relationships and assists with business development initiatives.

Prior to joining Caliber Associates, Kate held multiple positions working in Executive Search firms in both the Technology and Cannabis industries.

After growing up and attending college in the Pacific Northwest, Kate moved to San Diego where she has lived for the past 5 years. She can often be found at Del Mar Dog Beach with her dog and husband soaking up the sunshine.
