Joe is a Managing Partner and Global Consumer Practice Head of Hunt Executive Search. Joe has had an extremely successful career in both management consulting and the executive search & recruiting business for >25 years. As an actively engaged Partner is the business, Joe continues to personally conduct searches and has successfully completed more than 500 senior executive level assignments globally.
Prior to starting Hunt Executive Search, Inc., Joe was “Rookie of the Year” and subsequently a Top 1% producer with one of the largest global search firms.
Joe’s work has focused at the C-Suite, General Management, and EVP/SVP/VP level functional leadership is Sales, Marketing, Product Supply, Manufacturing, R&D, Finance and Human Resources.
Joe’s clients include large multi-nationals, small and mid-cap fast growth, and has deep expertise in private equity. Representative clients include Novartis, Revlon, Mars, Suntory Beam, SC Johnson, Coty, Pfizer, Henkel, Sanofi, and many private equity portfolio companies.
Joe is a continuous education advocate and continues research/study at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business where he completed his undergraduate, post graduate and executive development education in Finance, HR and General Management.
Joe is a Certified Executive Coach from Columbia University Business School and has numerous other certifications including TriMetrixHD, Behavior (DISC) and Motivation (values), Myers-Briggs (MBTI), Development Dimensions International (DDI) and Lominger Leadership Architect.
Joe is an active board and committee member of several corporations, associations and non-profit civic organizations. He is a passionate community activist and past Board Chairman for the Charlotte YMCA where he remains an active servant leader.
