Josef-Maximilian is the founder and managing director of PAB HRconsulting, the member office of Cornerstone International Group in Regensburg, Germany. He founded the firm in 1994 with little except the fascination of being a recruiter.

His instincts resulted in a steady supply of candidates excellently suited for each task and his low-key, unpretentious style rapidly created a list of satisfied clients.

The firm has grown steadily over more than 20 years but its values have remained unchanged and the passion undimmed.

Career history
Josef-Maximilian has a BS in business economics and an MBA from the University of Nuremberg. After completion of his studies, he joined an international, multi-billion trading company. Outside his job he completed a PhD study at Comenius-University in Bratislava.

He is a convinced and convincing representative of his clients who appreciate his commitment and his pragmatic, results-oriented way of working. Private interests
Josef-Maximilian is a committed and passionate family father and is married to his first love, a successful medical doctor. He has been an active Rotarian for 30 years and is a longstanding member of the board of Rotary International.

His interests include boxing, vintage cars, gardening and a deep appreciation for good food.
