John is one of Chicago’s most experienced senior executive coaches and is one of Kensington International’s founders and an active managing partner in the company. He is the past Chairman and currently on the board of Career Partners International (CPI), one of the largest talent management companies in the world.
John manages Kensington International’s leadership development and career transition practices and is a recognized expert in the custom design and delivery of executive assessment, coaching and team development programs as well as an excellent facilitator.
John has an MBA from Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from Southern Methodist University.
Prior to founding Kensington International and entering the executive coaching profession in 1989, he had a successful career as an executive and general manager with P&L accountability.
