Jim McGregor

Jim joins Egret after two years in financial search after a career in Finance as a CFO on two continents for international logistics companies, spanning over 30 years. As a CFO he was responsible for Finance, Admin, HR and IT team recruiting. Jim has a genuine interest in people development and it was a logical progression for him to move into Executive Search.

Jim is working in the lighting industry with manufacturers of lighting fixtures, lamps and ballasts, lighting controls and LEDs; as well as ESCOs, independent rep firms, etc. Jim recruits for a variety of functional disciplines including sales from regional, national and international sales management; calling on specifiers, contractors, builders, national accounts, showrooms, distributors, OEM’s, etc. to VP’s of sales, engineering, operations, etc., product management, marketing, design engineers, finance to CFO’s, HR, logistics, and more.

Jim has a BSc in Economics and is a CGMA (Chartered Global Management Accountant).
