Jennifer Berry is the Consulting Practice Leader with KBRS. A proven leader with over 20 years of progressive experience in a variety of business environments, Jennifer is highly skilled in working with clients to assess business challenges, uncover needs and secure strategic solutions.
She leads KBRS’s team of skilled practitioners to develop effective, results-oriented solutions for clients’ human resource challenges. Working with entrepreneurial high growth companies, large multinationals, public institutions and as a consultant, she has built, developed and grown highly successful teams. She is a proficient facilitator, certified to deliver Lee Hecht Harrison Knightsbridge Leadership Essentials programs, including the award winning program, The Leadership Contract™. Through coaching, facilitation, team effectiveness solutions, psychometric assessments and strategic human resources advisory, Jennifer and the HR consulting team provide complete Talent and Leadership Development solutions to Knightsbridge Robertson Surrette’s clients.
Before joining KBRS, Jennifer owned her own consulting business providing sales and business development strategy consulting and training to entrepreneurs and their teams. Previously, Jennifer was Manager of Business Development for Nova Scotia Community College, where she worked with businesses and government to deliver complex learning solutions and upskill the local workforce. Prior to this, she was Director of Business Development and Director of Strategic Business Innovations with a multinational manufacturer of Omega-3 nutritional supplements. There she led business development on a global scale.
